It's easy. First log in to your account. Then, add the products you intend to purchase to your cart, then tap the "checkout" button and enter your delivery details. On your restaurant profile you can keep track of your orders. You can pay securely online using a debit or credit card.

Packages shipped via Standard Delivery are usually delivered within 3-5 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends. Pickup and drop-off options are also available and all packages are fully tracked.

Larger orders are often shipped on pallets. Before delivery, we will contact you between 12pm and 4pm.

Parcel shipments can be tracked. Log in to your account to track your packages after your order has been shipped.

It is not possible to organize returns but we offer a refund equal to the amount you spent, or we send a replacement product of the same amount only if the error was made by Just Eat or if the product received is damaged or does not conform to the description on the Partner Webshop .
